Patrick and his wife Melda began their real estate journey with a simple goal: to equip themselves with the education and tools needed to serve clients with excellence, efficiency, and integrity. What started with investing in real estate education soon grew into hands-on property management services, and eventually expanded into a full-service real estate brokerage.

Patrick’s background is a testimony to God’s goodness, shaping his lifelong dedication to serving people with integrity and care.  A native of North Carolina, he began his career in health care, management, and entrepreneurship, launching one of Raleigh’s first mobile car wash and detailing services in the early 1990s. Today, he brings that same drive, precision, and commitment to real estate—where attention to detail, client care, and integrity remain his top priorities. Together with Melda, he focuses on building authentic relationships, developing and supporting brokers, and creating opportunities for others to thrive.
